Return Policy

At Living Pure, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions and procedures clearly.


1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request can only be submitted after the product has been physically received.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs-related charges.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Trying on an item is allowed; however, wearing or using the product is not permitted.

  • Returns of items that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted.

Living Pure reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Process

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@livingpure.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including all shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking (Track & Trace), as Living Pure is not responsible for lost return shipments.


3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item has arrived at the return address and has been inspected and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Liability & Responsibility

  • Living Pure is not responsible for lost or delayed packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, this is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Any address corrections must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes requested after this period cannot be guaranteed.


5. Dropshipping Notice

Living Pure operates as a dropshipping retailer, meaning products are shipped directly from our suppliers. As a result:

  • Return addresses may be located outside your country of residence.

  • International return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
